Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

School Assemblies

At Werrington Public School, our K-2 and 3-6 school assemblies are held on alternate Thursday's starting at 2:00pm. These assemblies are a special time for students, staff, and families to come together and celebrate learning, achievements, and school spirit. Our assemblies feature class presentations, student awards, important announcements, and performances. Families are warmly invited to attend and share in the successes of our school community. To check whether it is K-2 or 3-6 having their assembly, please check the calendar on our Events page.

Our Werrington Wise Assembly takes place on the last Monday of each term. If your child is receiving an award at this special ceremony, you will receive an invitation to attend.
